Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

1 bunch fresh asparagus
cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste
2 T. butter
1 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Snap ends off of washed asparagus and place on baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 12 minutes or until tender. Melt the butter in a sauce pan or in the microwave. Stir in soy sauce and Balsamic vinegar. Pour over roasted asparagus and serve.
I love baked Asparagus I make it all the time yours looks great.

ReplyDeleteNeeded a bit of flair for asparagus on bbq. Thank you for the great ideas for seasoning. Marinated in a bit of olive oil, balsamic, garlic, salt and fresh ground pepper. Grilled to tender crisp along with some mushrooms. Made the sauce minus the balsamic and tossed it all together. Family and friends thought it was so gourmet! Will definitely do your sauce again!
