The recipe for these little balls of goodness come from my friend Karen. If you are a fan of nuts, coconut and chocolate you will LOVE these! They are a fun and healthy alternative to a cookie. I love that they are sweetened naturally with agave and honey and that they use coconut oil which has so many health benefits. And best of all these are really tasty--I promise:) Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteNatalie & Melissa,
ReplyDeleteI use semi sweet chocolate chips--because that is what I keep on hand--but I would think any chocolate would be great!
Anonymous,
I will have to count the next time I make them--but I would guess around 2 1/2 - 3 dozen!
