Fresh, hot baguettes... aaaah, yum! I love baguettes. For one thing they look great. But I also love how they can be sliced, toasted, and topped with endless things to make amazing appetizers. Or slathered in butter and eaten plain! Any way you serve these, they are delicious; soft and tender with a nice crust. There is no way to make it easier for you either than using Rhodes frozen dough. Talk about simple and with such fantastic results.
This easy baguette recipe (if you can call it that!) is posted today on the Rhode's Blog where we are guest bloggers. Check out the link for step by step instructions and pictures to roll out and bake your own fresh baguettes: http://rhodesbread.com/blog/blog/baguettes.
Happy Baking everyone! :)
Thanks for posting this. I have a recipe that I make that uses baguettes, but it's so hard to find decent baguettes in our grocery stores (for affordable prices). I will definitely be trying this!
