Mom's Peanut Blossoms

We had leftover Hershey Kisses from our Christmas treats so of course the boys and I HAD to make these delicious cookies. This is my Mom's recipe and it always turns out perfectly! These cookies are such a hit in our house! I have one boy unwrapping kisses, one mixing the batter, one rolling the dough into balls and everyone jumps in to help squish the kisses onto the hot cookies. They are so fun to make...and eat! These will be our Family Home Evening treat tonight! Yum!

PS I posted my weekly menu here.

  1. I love these straight out of the oven when the chocolate is still gooey. In fact if any of them survives the first few hours, I usually put them in the microwave for 9-10 seconds to slightly melt the hershey kiss again. :)

  4. I love those cookies but don't really care for peanut butter..I know, Boo! Can I just leave it out? Or do you have a separate sugar cookie or regular cookie dough recipe?
