Wow--I must say I was very impressed and inspired by your resolutions! I love setting goals and there is something about a fresh new year that really puts me in the mood to "try a little harder to be a little better"(one of my favorite quotes from President Gordon B. Hinckley)! I will share with you one of my resolutions:
I will plan a weekly dinner menu. To help me keep this goal I would like to commit to ya'll (I do live in the south now:) to post that menu each Monday at melandboys.blogspot.com . I am confident this will save me from the awful 5:oopm 'augh what to make for dinner stress'. I have been collecting some delicious and healthy recipes to try. I am going for a HEALTHY --less meat and more vegetables and whole grains diet for my family.

ReplyDeleteGreat goal mel! Our conversation the other day inspired me to eat more healthy too... I bought a whole bunch of spinach today at costco and I vow to use the whole thing before it goes bad! :)
